Holobionte Ediciones, the independent publisher founded in 2018, and based in Barcelona are focused particularly on cultural theory and cyberculture, posthumanities, post-gender theory and avant-garde thinking. They are preparing a project entitled “Cyberfeminism: From VNS Matrix to Laboria Cuboniks”, which will include Spanish translations of all VNS Matrix manifestos and an essay entitled “Manifesto” by Melinda Rackham, VNS Matrix’ official archive essayist. Toni Navarro has also translated the texts of Helen Hester among others. The book will cover both a historical and contemporary spectrum of cyberfeminist events. Included in the index are writers theorists and arists such as Faith Wilding and Hyla Willis from subRosa, Rosi Braidotti, Helen Hester, and the Spanish theorists of cyberculture Remedios Zafra and Teresa López-Pellisa. We are honoured to be in their company. The book is due out in September 2019.

We wish them very best fortune with the project.
